We don't really get returns but would accept them nonetheless.

As with our T's & C's, we approach returns and refunds in a logical and reasonable manner with a big emphasis on trust.

There is really only a few ways in which we see things could go wrong. We've outlined these below and have provided the way in which these issues would be dealt with.

In all cases, we aim to deal with return requests within 3 working days.

    2. Item damaged on arrival

    3. Received wrong item

    4. Item doesn't match description

    5. Custom message incorrect

    6. Changed your mind
