Returns & Refunds
We don't really get returns but would accept them nonetheless.
As with our T's & C's, we approach returns and refunds in a logical and reasonable manner with a big emphasis on trust.
We trust that you won't take advantage of our trust.
There is really only a few ways in which we see things could go wrong. We've outlined these below and have provided the way in which these issues would be dealt with.
In all cases, we aim to deal with return requests within 3 working days.
1. You didn't receive your item
- Let us know and if there is still time for it to arrive when you need it, we will get another one sent out to you.
- If there is not enough time to get it to you then we will provide a full refund.
2. Item damaged on arrival
- Please provide a picture of the damage on our Returns page and we will investigate for you
- If there is time to get a replacement sent out to you, we will do this
- If there is insufficient time, then we will issue you a full refund
3. Received wrong item
- Please provide a picture of the item received on our Returns page and we will investigate for you
- If there is time to get a replacement sent out to you, we will do this
- If there is insufficient time, then we will issue you a full refund
4. Item doesn't match description
- On our Returns page, please provide a picture of the item received and an explanation of how you feel it differs from the description and we will investigate for you
- If there is time to get a replacement sent out to you, we will do this
- If there is insufficient time, then we will issue you a full refund
5. Custom message incorrect
- Please provide a picture of the message you received on our Returns page and we will investigate for you
- If there is time to get a replacement sent out to you, we will do this
- If there is insufficient time, then we will issue you a full refund
6. Changed your mind
- We're happy to accept the return and will issue a refund for the item
- We don't issue refunds for the postage out to you or any postage costs returning the item to us
